McFarland Grape Festival

The City of McFarland is excited to host its first annual Grape Festival on Saturday, April 12, 2025, from 7 AM to 4 PM. This inaugural event will bring the community together to celebrate McFarland’s rich agricultural heritage with a full day of activities, entertainment, and family-friendly fun.

The festival kicks off at 7 AM with the annual McFarland USA 5K and 10K, starting at Blanco Park, located at 1000 E Sherwood Ave, McFarland, CA. Runners, walkers, and spectators are invited to take part in this exciting event that sets the stage for a day of celebration.

At 10 AM, the main festival activities begin at 101 Industrial Street, McFarland, CA. Attendees can enjoy live musical performances, cooking demonstrations, food trucks offering a variety of cuisine, artisan vendors showcasing handcrafted goods, and interactive activities for all ages. The event will also feature a kids' zone with face painting and engaging activities, as well as fitness opportunities like Zumba classes. Garden tours and workshops will provide educational and hands-on experiences for visitors.

A special highlight of the festival is the crowning of the Grape Festival King and Queen, where two outstanding seniors from McFarland High School will be recognized for their achievements and awarded scholarships. This ceremony serves as a meaningful way to honor local students and their contributions to the community.
