Bakersfield Kids Outdoors Trout Derby

Overview

The Bakersfield Kids Outdoors Trout Derby is scheduled for Saturday February 8, 2025, at River Walk Park. We will have over 1500 pounds of Rainbow and Lightening Trout stocked in both lakes. There will be trophy trout over 5 pounds and 25 tagged fish worth up to $1000 in both lakes. We will have 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place trophies for all age groups. We will also have a raffle, breakfast burritos, coffee, hot chocolate, and much, much more. tickets available at Cope's Tackle and Rod.
