Golden West Casino is a fully licensed card room providing a wide choice of casino card games and entertainment options to Bakersfield and the surrounding metropolitan area. Golden West operates in the Bakersfield landmark, formerly Maison Jaussaud’s Restaurant, which has been host to such acts and performers as The Marx Brothers, Johnny Carson and the Three Stooges. The casino features 30 gaming tables for non-stop gaming 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. Golden West was among the first casinos in the country to introduce an exciting new technology that combines the speed and accuracy of internet poker with the social interaction of live poker. This is done with a new poker table system located on the casino floor which is entirely electronic and uses no cards or chips.
