Golden Empire Transit (GET)

Overview

GET has an active fleet of 88 buses plus 19 GET-A-Lift buses which are all fueled with clean burning, compressed natural gas (CNG). All buses are equipped with wheelchair lifts and bike racks.

GET receives funding from the Federal Transit Administration and is subject to Title VI regulations that prohibit discrimination based on race, color or national origin.

Call 661-869-2GET for customer service and bus schedule information, Monday through Friday from 6:30 A.M. until 10 P.M. and on Saturday and Sunday from 6:30 A.M. to 7:15 P.M.

Starting Jan 1 2013, GET will operate 365 days per year. Some routes operate on a holiday schedule on the following holidays:

Memorial Day

Independence Day

Labor Day

Thanksgiving Day

Christmas Day

NOTE: ROUTES 47, 81, 82, 83, 84 and X92 DO NOT OPERATE ON THE ABOVE HOLIDAYS.
