Eureka! features an expansive craft beer and whiskey selection, with a wide variety of unique and exclusive beverages to choose from. Eureka! proudly serves solely American Craft beer and Whiskeys, with a heavy influence of seeking local breweries and distilleries. Eureka! Bakersfield dedicates ten of 30 taps to local breweries, featuring that brewery’s latest release.
