Summer Dinners Delight at Bakersfield College Renegade Room
The Renegade Room is serving dinners this summer on Tuesday and Thursday nights.
The summer in Bakersfield is blazing, and Bakersfield College knows you don’t want to cook at home.
That’s why the Bakersfield College Renegade Room has planned a summer full of dinner delights that will warm your heart and cool your body!
Prepared by students in Bakersfield College’s Culinary Arts Department under the skilled tutelage of chef Suzanne Durst, guests of the Renegade Room can enjoy fine dining cuisine at home-cooked prices.
The Renegade Room restaurant offers bistro-style dinners on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:30 – 7 p.m. and will be open from now through August 5 before closing for the semester.
Dinner entrees are $12.95 per person, plus tax. Dinner salads and sandwiches start at $8 per person, plus tax. The atmosphere is relaxed and the dress is casual. The current menu can be viewed online at www.bakersfieldcollege.edu/renegaderoom.
The Renegade Room Restaurant at Bakersfield College is located in the Family and Consumer Education (FACE) Building at Panorama Drive and Mount Vernon Avenue. Free parking is available near the restaurant. The Renegade Room is available for large parties on regular business days and takeout meals are always available. Reservations are highly recommended and can be made by calling 395-4441.
