Overview
Amtrak provides rail and bus services to and from major cities in California from its downtown Bakersfield station. Located on the San Joaquin Route, passenger train service is available to and from Sacramento and the San Francisco Bay Area. Amtrak operated bus connections run to and from the Los Angeles area.
